This is provided on an ad-hoc basis as and when required for anything from virus removal and trouble shooting to undertaking scheduled general maintenance.
- Support Contracts
Beacon Computing Solutions Ltd can provide either pre-defined packages or can set up a custom support contract where pre-defined Service Level Agreements and response times are agreed.
